Free resources

Live free PDFs are downloaded from the relevant QA/QC Library resource page. A resource marked COMING SOON is not available for download yet.

Premium resources

For a live premium resource, the product action opens the named payment provider’s checkout. After payment confirmation, the provider sends a receipt and the applicable delivery or download instructions to the buyer’s registered email address, subject to that provider’s workflow.

Expected timing

Digital delivery is expected within minutes of confirmed payment. If a receipt or access instruction does not arrive, check spam or promotions folders first, then contact support.

Delivery support

Email mindmomentsmilestone@gmail.com with the product name, payment email, and order reference. Never send card, UPI, password, or bank credentials.
